Olivier Audemard, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Traverse Biotech, bringing deep experience in structured finance and investment banking.

Prior to Traverse, he served as Managing Director and Head of Structured Finance at Crédit Agricole Americas in New York, following a career spanning Crédit Agricole and Crédit Lyonnais with roles across Paris, London, and New York.

Mr. Audemard holds an MBA and applies a capital-markets and financing lens to support Traverse’s growth and strategic execution.
